2. Services
Digital product photo editing: background removal and replacement, lighting correction, retouching, and file preparation for Shopify and marketplaces. Upscaling suitability is assessed from the original images. No physical goods are supplied.
3. Requests and orders
Send order requests to owner@yuriihres.com. A request is not a paid order. We review the source images, confirm the selected package, scope, delivery schedule and payment arrangements by email, and obtain your agreement before work begins. There is no automatic processing or instant delivery.
4. Prices and payment
Transaction currency: AED. Package prices: 1 image — 30 AED; 5 images — 130 AED; 10 images — 190 AED; 50 images — 690 AED; 100 images — 990 AED; 500 images — 3,490 AED; 1000 images — 5,990 AED. Payment is one-time, with no subscription or recurring charge. Packages cover the image count and editing scope accepted after review. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreed quote; no extra charges are added without agreement. Online checkout is not enabled. Payment arrangements are confirmed by email after review; do not send card details by email. No card information is collected on this website.
5. Delivery and revisions
Digital delivery and turnaround terms: Turnaround is confirmed by email after reviewing your order, source images and editing brief. Work begins only after the scope, payment arrangements and delivery schedule are agreed. Finished files are delivered digitally through an agreed file link or email attachment. This is a manually reviewed service, not automatic processing or instant delivery. Revision terms: If an edit does not match the agreed brief, email the affected file names and describe the issue. We review it against the original brief and correct confirmed editing errors without an additional editing charge. New creative directions, replacement source images or extra deliverables are a scope change; any additional cost and timing must be agreed before that work starts. There is no physical shipping.
6. Image ownership and permission
Send only images you own or have permission to use and edit. You retain your rights in the source images and authorize their use to assess and fulfil your order. We do not obtain ownership of your products or trademarks. Use of your order images in our public portfolio requires separate permission.
7. Service limits
Results depend on the source image quality and agreed editing scope. Upscaling does not guarantee recovery of missing detail. We do not guarantee sales results, marketplace acceptance or exact color matching across different screens. You should review the delivered files before publishing them. No provision excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Cancellation and refunds
See the Refund Policy. Requests are reviewed against the agreed brief and work completed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are subject to applicable UAE law. Contact owner@yuriihres.com first with an order reference and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from contacting a competent authority or court.
