Finished files are delivered digitally through an agreed file link or email attachment. This is a manually reviewed service, not automatic processing or instant delivery.

If an edit does not match the agreed brief, email the affected file names and describe the issue. We review it against the original brief and correct confirmed editing errors without an additional editing charge. New creative directions, replacement source images or extra deliverables are a scope change; any additional cost and timing must be agreed before that work starts.
