2. Information you choose to share
The request builder uses the name, email, image quantity, platform, photo link and project details you enter to create a message in your browser. It does not submit that information to a server. Copying the draft or opening an email draft does not itself send it.
3. Website hosting and technical data
This static website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. This site includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies or browser storage set by its own application code.
4. Inquiries and image processing
When you choose to send a message, your email or messaging provider and the seller’s configured services handle it. The website does not automatically process photos. Services involved in handling an inquiry or order: Cloudflare delivers and protects the hosted website. Your email provider and the services used to receive business email handle messages you choose to send. Shared photo links remain subject to the permissions and provider you select. Before transferring order files to an external editing or AI service, we explain the proposed processing and obtain any authorization required for that order. Do not include personal documents or sensitive personal information in product photos or inquiry messages.
5. Purposes, legal grounds and rights
Information shared with the seller is intended for reviewing inquiries, agreeing project scope, delivering work and handling support. We use information to respond to requests and fulfil agreed orders, and where required to meet legal obligations or with your consent. Your requests and rights: Contact owner@yuriihres.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you may also request restriction of processing or withdraw consent; this does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Requests are assessed under applicable law, and identity may need to be verified before records are disclosed. You may raise unresolved concerns with the competent data protection authority.
6. Retention and deletion
The website does not store form entries in a database or browser storage. Information you send by email and files supplied for an order are retained only as needed to assess the request, deliver and support the work, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping duties. You can ask for deletion or details of retention by emailing owner@yuriihres.com; records required by law may need to be retained.
7. Payments
Online payment is not collected by this website. Payment arrangements are provided after reviewing an order. Do not enter card details in an inquiry or email. Any payment service used for an agreed order is identified before payment and handles its own payment data under its privacy terms.
